Tim collaborates with his clients to identify their facility needs, then designs and implements creative solutions to meet those needs.
His experience as a controls contractor provides him the background to understand the root cause for the many problems and symptoms of poor building performance.
My work is about helping clients improve fundamental performance of their building systems to deliver productive work environments in a manner that also improves energy performance.”
Tim has experience selling, designing, and installing more than 10 different building automation systems. As technologies continue to evolve, Tim helps clients plan for future innovations while making the most of legacy systems that are already in place. From commissioning and optimizing HVAC and control systems in new construction and existing buildings, to design-build and ESCO project delivery methods, Tim helps his clients take action.
I enjoy working with people, taking the time to understand their issues, and enabling them to implement projects that address the short-term issues with a focus on a longer term vision.”
Outside of working with clients on creative facilities solutions, Tim stays active playing sand volleyball and basketball, and enjoys following international soccer events, including trips to see World Cup matches in France, Germany, and Brazil.
