Bob supports his clients with holistic facility services to improve the quality of workplaces and lives.
His work focuses on developing and implementing customized facility solutions that address each client’s unique needs, and then empowering his employees to solve problems and optimize the performance of places. Bob implements Enovity's facility O&M programs in Southern California, from developing and implementing customized O&M solutions that address his clients’ unique needs, to empowering his employees to solve problems and be engaged with their work.
Bob joined the Enovity team in 2003 as an HVAC Tech at 450 Golden Gate before working his way up to Project Manager and then Director. Prior to joining Enovity, he worked for five years at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Utility Operator Team Leader, BAS Technician, and HazMat team member. His hands-on experience in laboratory, cGMP, clean room, and vivarium environments gave him a deeper understanding of the nature of critical facility work.
In pharma and biotech, scientists do sensitive work that requires their facilities to be compliant with many standards and regulations. Our ability to operate and maintain the facilities to their high standards as efficiently as possible means the scientists can focus on their work uninterrupted, saving time and other resources.”
Bob was first introduced to the industry during formative years spent at Williamson College of the Trades, where he held year-round internships at various power plants, including coal, gas, oil, nuclear, and waste-to-energy.
