Prior to receiving any services through the Program, customers must enroll by signing a Program Participation Agreement . Customers that wish to enroll multiple buildings in the MBPCx Program should complete a separate Agreement for each building. This Agreement allows Enovity to access the building to identify energy efficiency opportunities. It does not obligate customers to implement any of the recommendations nor commit customers to any specific project.

Get StartedReview the Eligibility RequirementsEligible customers for this Program must receive electric and/or gas distribution services from PG&E and pay the Public Good Charge and/or Public Purpose Program Surcharge as part of their bill. The Program is available to commercial office buildings, hotels and motels, community or junior colleges, high-tech facilities, and labs. MBPCx is best suited for larger buildings that feature modern building automation systems (BAS) and direct digital controls (DDC). Customers interested in upgrading the BAS or moving from pneumatic controls to DDC may also participate in the Program. Finally, customers must have financial resources available to implement energy efficiency upgrades.
