Building Retrocommissioning (RCx)
- Perform a functional evaluation and optimize the performance of HVAC and lighting control systems.
Control Setting Changes
- Eliminate unnecessary or simultaneous heating and cooling.
- Adjust lighting and HVAC start-stop schedules to match occupancy.
- Add, replace, relocate or calibrate temperature, pressure, occupancy, and CO2 sensors.
- Perform static pressure and temperature resets.
- Optimize or improve equipment staging.
- Re-enable economizer operation
Hardware repair
