The Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program (C&I EEP) is here to help your customers make their facilities more efficient. This third party program takes a comprehensive approach to energy efficiency, covering systems such as HVAC, building controls, boilers, and lighting.

Good Candidates

This program focuses on facilities that are 30,000 square feet or larger and/or have a maximum electric demand of 50 kW or more.

The C&I EEP vs. CPAU Internal Programs

The C&I EEP is a custom program that offers calculated incentives and highly technical no-cost services to see projects through to implementation. The incentives are designed for complex or custom projects where deemed rebates (such as the Commercial Advantage Program rebates) are not available.

Enovity can assist customers through the entire process, offering technical and management support to overcome the typical hurdles of getting projects developed, approved, and installed. If a facility has already had an energy audit, Enovity can use that as a starting point to further develop the potential projects and even identify additional opportunities as part of the Detailed Investigation.

Finally, Enovity is a licensed contractor and an experienced retrocommissioning provider and can offer turn-key project implementation services if the customer desires.
