Submit a Program Participation Agreement :
If your facility meets the Program Eligibility Requirements and you would like to apply for the Program, the first step is to complete the Program Participation Agreement. The Application collects basic information about your facility and boiler system and allows Enovity access to your facility.
Submittal Options:
Option 1: Submit the signed Program Participation Agreement via regular mail.
Option 2: To start the process sooner, email the Program Participation Agreement in PDF form or fax a copy of the Application and either mail the signed original or have it available for pick-up during the site evaluation.

If you require a signed original for your records, please submit two signed hard copies and we will return one fully executed Application to you.

Once the Program Participation Agreement is received and reviewed by the Program, eligibility will be confirmed and an initial site screening will be scheduled to identify potential energy savings opportunities.
This program may be modified or terminated without notice. Incentives are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
California consumers are not obligated to purchase any full-fee service or other service not funded by this program. This program is funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
