What is M & V?

Measurement & Verification (M&V) is a means to achieve complete understanding of your facility’s building energy and operational requirements. It is similar to a diagnostic check of your automobile; we take the pulse of your building and the information we collect can be used to correct operational deficiencies or remove energy inefficiencies. The bottom line is potential savings to you when you implement energy-focused improvements.

We employ a variety of techniques to measure the performance of buildings, including instantaneous spot measurements using hand-held devices; stand-alone monitoring equipment; and trending through the BAS. Our engineering specialists can decipher this data and prepare graphs and charts that will help you to quickly see the performance of an individual piece of equipment or integrated systems.
